Food Vendor Application 2017
Application to be a Food Vendor at the Webster Arts Fair, June 2-4, 2017

Food Vendors are located near the artists tents and offer opportunities to share their menu with up to 25,000 art fair visitors. Reminder: food vendors may not sell soft drinks during the fair. There will be no exceptions. Vendors may sell one specialty cocktail. Please list it below.

Spaces are leased to Food Vendors depending on size. Electricity is free, within reason.

Fees;
10x10 space, $1250
10x20 space, $1500
10x30 or most trucks, $1,750

Food Vendors are expected to have all menu items available throughout fair hours. Set up assistance is available. Call Jeane Vogel, Executive Director, at 314.918.2671 with questions.

Selection Criteria: Foods must add variety to the Fair's offerings, high quality, reasonably priced, and unique to each concessionaire. Serviceability and great customer service is implied and expected.

Upon acceptance, vendors must submit a $250 deposit by March 31, 2017. Fees are payable to Webster Arts. Please indicate how you intend to pay your fees. *
