You do not need a reserved table to participate in the swap meet. Walk-ins are welcome as long as there is space available.
This form will be open through May 31st. All table fees must be paid online prior to the event. Sellers will be asked to fill out an ST19 tax ID form onsite unless they qualify for the "isolated and occasional" sales exemption; see the MN state tax code.
- Collector's Corner tables, $25: The Collector's Corner is the only area where official merchandise priced over $25 can be sold - for example, large figures, out-of-print media, and limited-edition items valued at more than $25. These tables are limited in number and must be reserved in advance.
- Artist tables, $25: These are booths similar to what you would find in a convention's "Artist Alley," designed for homemade items or unique artwork. Original creations can only be sold at Artist tables. These tables are also limited in number and must be reserved in advance.
Note that bootleg merchandise is strictly prohibited at all tables and booths. Blind bags/grab bags are permitted, but they may be inspected by event staff at any time.
