Arrival to the Centre

We can offer free pick up from Lede train station if a volunteer or staff is available.                                    Otherwise, walking to the centre is the best and easiest way.

We ask all participants to please do their best to arrive by 5pm on the first day of the retreat,                              to ensure that the registration process can be completed before the commencement of the retreat.
Accommodation & Food

We expect everyone to stay overnight at the temple for the best experience.

You will be provided with 2 meals a day (breakfast and lunch) and some light refreshments in the evening time. This is the eating schedule followed by monks and individuals seeking to deepen their spiritual practice.
This type of eating schedule helps to support your meditation practice and ability to sleep better and wake up feeling more refreshed.

If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know in the "personal information" section that follows.
Attire Guidelines

In order to maintain an environment of respect for Thai Buddhist culture and mindfulness to allow everyone    to focus on their energy internally, we ask that you please arrive in appropriate attire that is not too revealing. This means that tank tops, short shorts, or low-cut t-shirts should be avoided. Please dress as modestly as possible.

To harmonize with the serene environment, we recommend wearing earth tone, light, or pastel colors
while on the grounds.

For those joining us for a retreat, two sets of comfortable white clothes will be provided for you to wear on
the grounds during the length of your stay. This helps maintain neutrality of mind and reduce concerns around attire so that choice of clothing is not a distraction to meditation practice.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
What to bring

You may wish to bring your own meditation cushion or yoga mat, although we do provide some at the retreat centre.

  1. Water bottle: It's important to stay hydrated during your meditation practice, so please bring a reusable water bottle to refill throughout the day.
