Austin Flea Artist Application - August 18th, 2018 at Oskar Blues Brewery
Applications are event/date specific for the above mentioned date only.
Applications must be filled out each time by every vendor for every new date/show.
Booth fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
This application is for the Saturday, August 11th (from 12 p.m. until 5 p.m.) at Oskar Blues Brewery (10420 Metric Blvd. 78758).
Applications must be filled out by each vendor. If you want to share a space with another vendor, make note of that in the "Additional Information" space. Each vendor must fill out their own application. There is a $10 fee for splitting a booth.
Artist applications due July 2nd, 2018 by 5:00pm. Acceptance/Denial notices will be sent by July 6th, 2018.
All 10'x10' outdoor booth spaces require the vendor to provide their own tent and weights.
Each tent is required to have 25 lbs weights attached to each tent leg (4 total) and the weights must be attached to the tent with tie downs (not bungee cords).
For other sized spaces (indoor and outdoor), tents are not allowed.
Booth fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All booths are $50.
Pictures of your booth set up are required to participate if you have not participated in the Austin Flea in 2018.
Back up Applications will be accepted after an event is full. If a space opens and you are accepted into the show, the booth fee payment will be required within 48 hours of billing.
