This form serves as a registration form for Faizul Mawaid ul Burhaniyah Thaali Talab (request) for the visiting mumineen mehmaano (guests) in Dubai.

After filling this form, you shall receive an automatic response with the data you have filled (please check your spam/junk folder in case the email is pushed there and add fmbdxb.mehmaan@gmail.com in your contact list).
