Crafted in-house with care, our perogies are made using only essential, high-quality ingredients: flour, water, sunflower oil, potatoes, sauerkraut from our own production, as well as cheddar and premium hard cheeses sourced from Lithuania and Poland.
We proudly avoid artificial additives—no dyes, modified ingredients, flavor enhancers, or chemical compounds—just wholesome, honest food.

We prepare our sour cream in-house using cream and natural milk bacteria only.

Kutia is a traditional Ukrainian Christmas dish made from hard varieties of wheat, combined with honey, ground poppy seeds, walnuts, and raisins. Its flavor is further enriched with prunes, dried apricots, and other dried fruits. Served chilled, it holds a special place at the Holy Supper on Christmas Eve, symbolizing unity, prosperity, and remembrance of ancestors.
The wheat at the heart of kutia represents eternal life, renewal, and the belief in the soul's immortality and reincarnation. Just as seeds are planted and reborn, so too is the human spirit believed to find new life. Poppy seeds and walnuts embody fertility and abundance, while honey signifies sweet and joyous living. The addition of dried fruits, like apples, pears, and berries, symbolizes wealth and prosperity. In some traditions, butter or milk is included in "rich" kutia, further enhancing its symbolism of fertility and abundance.

Ukrainian Christmas bread, known as "kalach," is crafted by weaving dough made from wheat flour into circular or elongated shapes. They serve as symbols of luck, prosperity, and generous abundance, traditionally prepared for the Holy Supper on Christmas Eve, a Ukrainian ritual on the eve of Christmas. The round shape of the bread symbolizes eternity. When presented as part of the Christmas Eve meal, a candle is placed at the center.
