For ALL past and present pets, please include the following information:

Name of animal, breed, age, years owned, where the pet came from, where is the pet now/what happened to the pet?/how did the pet pass away?

Submitting an application does not guarantee adoption, as our priority is to find the best possible match for both the dog and the adopter. We take many factors into account to ensure each dog is placed in a home that aligns with their needs. Sometimes, this means another applicant may be a closer match for a particular dog. This isn’t a reflection on your ability to be a wonderful adopter—it’s simply part of our careful process to make sure each placement is the right fit for everyone involved. We may receive a high number of applications, thank you for your patience in getting back to you.
