ITEM #1:  I/We have read and understand the expectations for participation in the Woodland High School Marching Band.  I agree and commit to attend all required practices, camps, & performances.  I also agree to pay all fees by the scheduled payment dates, and I understand that all fees are non-refundable. *
Band & Color Guard fee structures can be found on the hard copy of the commitment packets that were given out to each student.  You can also access this packet from the band website at www.woodlandband.org

ITEM #2:  I understand that any outstanding 2016-17 band fees must be paid in full prior to the application of any payments toward 2017-18 band fees (if applicable). *

ITEM #3:  I understand that both weeks of band camp are required and must be in attendance for both week of camp to be a full performing member of the band. (July 10-14 & 17-21) *

ITEM #4:  Finally - I acknowledge that the first deposit/payment is due May 1 and my registration is not complete until the payment is received. Payments can be made online, or brought to HS or MS lock boxes. *
