Mom's Day Out Summer Camp 2021 Waitlist
Please completely fill out the Waitlist Registration form. If a spot opens up for your child at summer camp, you will be informed ASAP and your child's information will be copied over to our regular registration list.

Mom's Day Out Summer Camp is for kids ages 3-11. Drop-off is at 10 am, pick-up at 2 pm. Please make sure to send your child with a water bottle and lunch each day. If there are any children with serious food allergies, all parents of that session will be notified not to bring the allergy-containing food so lunchtime can be safe for all children. Friday is our water party day. Please make sure to send your child in a swimsuit. We will be having Root Beer Floats that day. Please let me know below if there are any dietary concerns.

Session Fees (Please do not submit fees until you are notified of your child's acceptance.)
Each session is $120 for the first child. Siblings each receive a $10 discount. If you qualify for any other discounts ( returning camper) those discounts will be reflected in your summer camp tuition price in your registration/welcome email.


Once I receive your registration form I will contact you via email to set up payment. I take check, Venmo (@MomsDayOutUtahCounty), or PayPal (amythayer@gmail.com). Registration is not complete and your child's spot is not guaranteed until payment is received. If paying via check, please make check out to "Mom's Day Out Utah County".

*Refund/Cancellation policy. Sessions can be changed (provided there is availability) up to 14 days before your registered session. If you wish to cancel your child's session and receive a full refund, cancellation request must be made no later than 14 days before the start of the session. Cancellations may not be made fewer than 14 days before the session.
