Please fill out this form to register your child for the 2026 Foothill Dance Team Summer Clinic. Please fill out one form per child.

Dancers will need to bring their own lunch or see below to order a pizza meal. Additional snack bar items available for cash only purchase.

Registration Fee After June 20th: $250

*Payments are non-refundable, as this is a contribution supporting the FHS Dance Boosters, a non-profit organization.
