UNIFORMS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED TO ALL TEAMS
Uniforms: Your athlete will be issued the following:
  1. White Jersey $65
  2. Blue Jersey $65
  3. Stadium Jacket $155
  4. Warm-Up Jacket $65
  5. Warm-Up Pants $55
  6. Sports Bag $50
  7. Shorts $35
In the event that an item is lost or damaged, please make checks payable to SDAF or SDA Foundation Athletics with a note in the memo that it is for Boys Soccer Uniform Replacement and return the check with the rest of your uniform kit at the end of the season. Uniforms and bags must be returned clean (washed and completely dry).

Please understand your athlete is responsible for returning them to the athletic department clean and failure to do so will prohibit them from playing another sport following this season and/or graduating from SDA until items are returned or paid for. Your student athlete has signed out all gear given to them and is aware of their responsibilities.
