Use this form to register your student(s) for their 2026-2027 dance classes. Attached below is our 2026-2027 schedule and tuition breakdown; the schedule and pricing can also be viewed on our website at www.rapntapdanceschool.com.

Student release forms and general information forms must be signed prior to the start of your student's first dance class. This form does not act as a signature or consent for our release form or general information form; this simply holds your dancer's spot in their desired classes.
Ways to sign our release forms:
1. Come to either of our two open house registrations and sign the forms in person.
2. Print the release form and general information form, which are accessible via our website, linked below, or Instagram Bio, and mail the signed copies to our mailing address or email to shantellsabino@gmail.com
3. Print the release form and general information form, which are accessible via our website, linked below, or Instagram bio, and bring them to your child(s)' first dance class.
4. Sign the forms in person during the first week of classes.
*There is a $30 registration fee per student to secure their spot in their class(es). The $30 registration fee is a non-refundable registration fee to reserve your dancer's spot in their class(es). The fee can be paid in our studio office or mailed to our mailing address via cash, check, or money order. The registration fee can also be paid on the first day of class along with your first month's tuition. *
