York Region PPE for our Community Physicians and Clinics
We are a group of students working with the Ontario Medical Association (OMA) in the York region to organize PPE drives to help meet the critical and unprecedented demand for PPE during COVID-19.

We are reaching out to the communities in which we live to help find supplies for community-based healthcare workers and their clinics.

At this time, we are specifically looking for:
*** Procedural/ Surgical Masks
*** N95 or KN95 Masks
*** Disposable Gloves
*** Protective Gowns
*** Goggles and Face Shields
*** Hand Sanitizer/ Sanitizing Wipes

Please kindly consider filling out this form if you or your business have any supplies to donate. These supplies will be picked up by a volunteer and supplied directly to community-based healthcare workers in the York Region.
