1. ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM
Student fills-out this Online Registration and Enrollment Form (OREF).
Kindly settle your previous balances first before proceeding to enroll for SY 2025-2026.
Obtain your grades from CARES and copy of your curriculum before proceeding to the Dean/Program Head Office for advising.
2. ADVISING
Go to your Program Coordinator or to the Dean to get your Advising Form. Please prepare you copy of grades, copy of curriculum with grades and crediting forms (for transferees).
3: ENROLLMENT (WINDOW #3)Proceed to the Registrar’s Office for enlisting of subjects to be enrolled
4: PAYMENT OF SCHOOL FEES
Proceed to the Cashier for payment
5: PAYMENT OF COUNCIL FEESProceed to the Student Affairs Office for payment of the Student Council Membership Fee of (Php 150.00)
6: STAMPINGPresent your receipts to the Registrar’s Office to claim your Certificate of Matriculation (COM)
