British Ceramics Biennial: Diversity and Equality Monitoring Form
Thank you for your interest in British Ceramics Biennial 2021 headline exhibition AWARD.

We are committed to promoting equality of opportunity within the arts. The information collected through the Diversity and Equality Monitoring form will be used to provide a demographic profile of artists working with the British Ceramics Biennial so that we can ensure our selection processes are fair, non-discriminatory and so we can see where we must do better.

The questions in this form are a little more personal and by answering these questions, you will help us make sure we're serving everyone in our community.

Some questions are modelled on the UK Census to allow us to compare our data against the UK population.

Anything you tell us will be kept confidential and anonymous and the information will be held by British Ceramics Biennial.
