It's a great pleasure to organise the 3rd Hope cup chess tournament for junior chess players (aged 5 to 13). The chess tournament is due to be held in Catford, London (see the address above). The entry fee is £ 30 per person or £ 50 for two siblings.

The tournament will consist of maximum 5 rounds and games will be played without time control. The clocks will be set for games which last more than 30 mins, and the time limit will be decided by the arbiter. Both players will be advised regarding the situation.

In case of any disputes regarding chess game, players should turn to arbiter at the exact moment and also parents should strictly avoid from getting involved , and the arbiter’s decision will be the final decision. Three illegal (impossible) moves made by a player per one game will result in a loss. Illegal moves should be claimed by opponent informing the arbiter at the exact moment.
