Space Selection: Online booth selection will take place in priority point order mid summer. You will receive a link to the floor plan and your appointment time one month prior to booth selection.

After initial space selection, all space assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. A real-time interactive floor plan will be available following the space selection process.

Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee it. If we are not able to meet your request with the location you’ve provided you are welcome to move your booth.

You must select your booth size, type, and if you would like a corner.

Regular Registration: A deposit of 50% of the cost of requested exhibit space must be received within 30 days of the initial invoice in order to confirm your selection. Balance of fees will be due no later than October 1, 2018.

Late Registration: For registration after October 1, 2018 full payment is due within 30 days of invoice or by January 1, 2019, whichever comes first.

If the 50% deposit or full payment is not received by the specified due date you will be removed from the Floor Plan.

You will not be able to receive your exhibitor services kit or make arrangements for show services until full payment is made to TSHA.

Exhibitors who cancel their reserved booth space prior to October 1, 2018 will receive a full refund of their exhibit fees, less a processing fee (For Profit: $275, Non Profit: $150, ISD: $100). Exhibitors who cancel after October 1, 2018 will receive no refund and be responsible for paying 100% of their booth fees. Booth fees are nontransferable and cannot be put toward future TSHA Conventions. No exceptions will be made as this is a binding agreement.

All exhibiting companies and their representatives are subject to the Terms, Conditions, and Rules as outlined on the exhibitor page of the TSHA website and are responsible for knowing, and abiding by, the information outlined.

All exhibits are subject to approval and review by TSHA. By signing this contract, I certify that I have approval to sign contracts on behalf of my company. I further agree that my company will abide by all requirements, restrictions, & obligations described in the TSHA 2019 prospectus, plus all Display Guidelines, Exhibitor Services instructions, Exhibitor Action Bulletins and TSHA Policies & Procedures posted at txsha.org and in the Exhibitor Services Kit. Furthermore my company will abide by any future changes to these documents, and new relevant documents, after being informed by e-mail sent to the contact person identified above, or to a different contact person if TSHA is informed of the change. I fully acknowledge, accept, and agree to abide by the Deposit and Payment Policy and the Cancellation Policy as outlined in the Application to Exhibit. I acknowledge that TSHA 2019 reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to reject this Application to Exhibit. This application form shall become a binding contract once it is accepted and an invoice is issued.
