FUNdamentals October 2025 FUNDED Place booking
We have a limited number of funded places available for our FUNdamentals Holiday Camps.
These are designed to support primary school children (ages 5–11) living in Walsall, especially those from low-income households or who would benefit from extra confidence and social opportunities.

We prioritise based on the eligibility checklist.
We ask for a minimum 3 days commitment but we hope you can attend all week! (all 5 days are themed)
It may take 24-48 to receive confirmation of your funded place (if you are not eligible we can direct you to our general booking form)

FUNdamentals Holiday Camp – Booking Terms & Conditions
By booking a place at The Getting Fit Company CIC’s FUNdamentals Holiday Camp, you agree to the following:
1. Booking & Payment:
A booking is only confirmed once the booking form has been completed and payment has been received (unless a funded place has been approved).
Payment for paid places must be made by bank transfer to the account details provided within 24 Hours of booking.
If payment is not received within this timeframe, the booking may be released to another participant.
2. Funded Places
Funded places are subject to eligibility and availability.
If your child does not attend without prior notice, future access to funded places may be affected.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the start date will be refunded in full (for paid places).
Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of The Getting Fit Company CIC.
If we have to cancel a session or the programme for any reason, a full refund will be offered for paid places.
4. Safety & Behaviour
All children must be collected promptly at the stated finish time.
Children are expected to follow staff instructions and behave appropriately to ensure a safe environment for all.
We reserve the right to withdraw a child from the programme if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive. No refunds will be issued in this case.
5. Health & Medical
Parents/guardians must inform staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs on the first day of camp.
It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to provide any medication or equipment their child may need.
6. Photography & Media
Photos/videos may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes.
Parents/guardians must let staff know on the first day of camp if they do not wish their child to be included.
7. Liability
While every care is taken to ensure the safety of children, The Getting Fit Company CIC cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury unless caused by our negligence.
