DΜ²iΜ²sΜ²cΜ²lΜ²aΜ²iΜ²mΜ²eΜ²rΜ²By completing this form and sending a turbine engine and or accessories to JetCentral, I understand and agree with the terms for service/repair established by JetCentral, including and restricted to the following:
Β Β Β ONLY TURBINES WITH MORE OF 20 HOURS ARE GOING TO BE ACCEPTED FOR 25 HOURS SERVICES
β’ Any communication related to the status of the service/repair is to be via email to the one provided on the service/repair form.
β’ I hereby authorize the inspection for service/repair of the turbine engine and accessories. I understand this inspection is required to determine the cause/origin of the event requiring service/repair and that a quote will be generated based on the inspection. An invoice will be generated once the quote is accepted.
β’ In case that I do not agree with the quote for the service/repair of the turbine and or accessories, an invoice will be generated for the inspection and return of the turbine and or accessories.
β’ Any item will be ship back until the invoice is paid.
β’ I understand that if I decline the quoted service/repair the turbine and or accessories, it will be returned disassembled.
β’ I understand that JetCentral is not responsible for any damage or loss during shipping and that it is my responsibility to initialize a claim to the shipping carrier.
β’ I understand the quoted service/repair time may take longer than usual. I accept and acknowledge any unforeseen delays or expenses which may occur for not having the turbine or the accessories repaired in the usual time.
β’ I understand that any service/repair not covered under the βLifetime Warrantyβ has a warranty of one (1) year, beginning from the time that the factory ships back the turbine or accessories.
β’ I understand that if an Invoice is not paid in a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the day the invoice was sent, JetCentral can dispose of the engine or the accessories at their discretion.
β’ I hereby declare that I am at least Eighteen (18) years of age and the legal owner of the turbine or accessories and have the full authority to sign this agreement.
