Mentee Form: Request a Mentor
Please fill in the fields below and add information about yourself and your interests you think may help the Office of Faculty Develoment establish a good mentoring match between you and a tenured faculty member.
For example, perhaps you do (or do not) want to be matched with someone of the same sex. You might mention aspects of career decision-making for which you are particularly interested in receiving mentoring, such as effective teaching strategies, writing for publication, successful grant writing strategies, designing a long-range scholarly program with interim goals, setting priorities and finding a balance within the teacher-scholar model, and "doing it all" as a faculty member with a young family while pursuing tenure. These are only suggestions. The Office of Faculty Develoment will use information in your narrative to establish a match.
