Dear Invited Artisan/Vendor,

We cordially invite you to apply for a space in our upcoming 2nd Annual Folk Music and Artisans Show at the Templeton Fish and Game Club in beautiful E. Templeton, MA. Our 2017 event was such a success we decided to go ahead and do it again, only bigger and better! Our first outing attracted over 36 artisans and vendors as well as 10 musical performances, we are hoping for a bigger event in 2018!

The 2018 festival will again be dedicated to raising money for the Estelle R. Ford Future Nurses Scholarship. Estelle was a school nurse for over 20 years in Central Massachusetts and started the Future Nurses Club at Gardner High School. Approximately 60% of her Club students went on to work in the medical field, many in the area. We want to keep her legacy alive by providing scholarships to students completing nursing school and wanting to serve the local community.

The Artisan Festival will be held on Saturday, July 21, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and the Music Festival will start at 1:00 PM until 9:00 PM, at the Templeton Fish and Game Club. This is a wonderful venue with plenty of parking, open areas with great view for the musical entertainment and spacious areas for the artisans participating.

We encourage you to consider our invitation to our second show. As in our first, we want artists who bring their passion for creating things that people can enjoy owning and using. We will also be featuring internationally recognized musicians Connor Garvey, Jesse Terry and Michael McDermott. We will also have several local acts keeping the crowd entertained all afternoon and evening.

Please fill out the form on the back of this page and return the application as soon as possible. Artists will be considered on a first come, first serve basis. We are hoping for 65 artisans and vendors for 2018. The cost for a 12x12 ft. space is $65 for the day. If you want a double space, it is $100. If you bring a fellow artist to sell their creations, you will each get a single booth for $50.00. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit so all of your fees for this event go directly into the scholarship fund. Please send your fee along with your application no later than April 30, 2018.

To help us raise additional funds for scholarships, we ask that each vendor donate one item that can be offered at a raffle table during the event. We will provide you with the appropriate tax documentation for your donations.
