FY20 Budget Meeting Request Form Due Friday, January 25, 2019
Thank you for filling out Council Member Stephen Levin's budget meeting request form. Please note that given the high number of requests, we will be holding budget meetings on a limited number of days and will not be able to schedule a meeting with every organization. While we will not be able to schedule a meeting with every organization, we will still review each application and the materials you send about your programs. Please note that budget meetings will be scheduled in 15 minute increments in the order in which the requests are received. This year, budget meetings will be with Jonathan Boucher, Chief of Staff for Council Member Stephen Levin.

IMPORTANT: Please send any relevant materials about the program(s) for which you are requesting funding to Jonathan Boucher at jboucher@council.nyc.gov with “BUDGET MEETING REQUEST” in the subject line in addition to filling out this form.
