If you do not want to auto-renew your membership, you must specify in writing at least 30 days prior to the end of your membership term.  Please complete the request below.

Please note you will receive a confirmation within 48 hours of your submission.  If you do NOT get a confirmation email from either yoga@croftonyoga.com or croftonyoga2431@gmail.com please know we did NOT get this form and reach out to us directly via email or phone 410.451.1625

If you wish to cancel early please complete the request form below.  Should you cancel your agreement prior to the three(3) or twelve (12) month term, you may be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
