I (name(s) mentioned above) acknowledge that I have voluntarily consented to partake in the events organized by Muslim Outdoor Adventures.
I hereby release and agree to hold the organizers harmless from and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from the
Muslim Outdoor Adventures .
I understand that this release discharges
Muslim Outdoor Adventures from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against the group with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from
Muslim Outdoor Adventures . This liability waiver and release extends to the organization together with all owners, partners, and employees.
All reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure safety and prevent personal harm or injury (including contracting COVID-19 or any other illnesses). However, incidents related to activities may occur and cause injury, damage, or loss of property through no fault of
Muslim Outdoor Adventures . I therefore wholly absolve
Muslim Outdoor Adventures and all of their partners, agents, principals, organizers, parent and subsidiary agencies and organizations from all responsibility of personal injury, loss or damage in any form and by any means.
I am aware that walking, hiking, etc. have the usual dangers and risks inherent in outdoor activities, some of which are:
1) sunburn, windburn; due to varying weather conditions
2) personal injury such as cuts and scrapes, broken bones, pulled muscles, tendons, and sprains; due to natural hazards and terrain variations en route.
I accept all the inherent risks of the above activities and the possibility of personal injury, death, property damage or loss resulting therefrom
Your safety is your own responsibility. All participants must assume responsibility for their own actions and safety, exercise sound judgment, be prepared for all conditions, and seek advice on current weather and current trail conditions.
