Intervals Exersise:
There will be a set of intervals designed to be run as mass-starts. This is great head-to-head preparation for sprint relays, or knock-out sprints. These can be run by yourself as well if you do not want to go with the mass start.

Knockout Sprint
This new sprint format involves three rounds of head-to-head heats. In round one (quarterfinals) the top 3 people move on to round 2 (semi finals) where the top 3 people move on to compete in the final. For everyone knocked out in early rounds there will be B,C,D... semifinals and finals so everyone gets three races.

The forking for the heats will be 'choose your own split', where you get 10 seconds of looking only the split legs to decide which is the best option for you. Each split will be very close to even in distance and difficulty.

Depending on numbers at the training, the number of competitors will vary in each heat.
