South Brunswick Genesis Parent Portal Help Desk
Required Parent Portal forms for the 2019-2020 school year will be launched mid-August. School Messenger will be used to remind families to access the forms prior to receiving placement and/or schedule information.

This Help Desk is designed to assist parents with accessing their Genesis Parent Portal accounts. All support to parents is provided by the South Brunswick School District. Please do not contact Genesis directly. Note that you may also contact your child's main office for assistance with Genesis.

We will do our best to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours. Depending on the number of requests, this time may vary at at times will increase. Please avoid entering multiple requests for the same issue, this slows down our process.

Note: In case of student fines or missing residency paperwork, your account may be frozen until the fines are resolved or the paperwork has been received by your child's school.
