Summer Enrichment Offerings
The VWSD Summer Enrichment Camps will provide engaging activities, opportunities for enrichment, and remediation. The goal of VWSD Enrichment Camp 2022 is to work with VWSD students individually and in small groups to strengthen any academic gaps and prepare them to successfully enter the new school year.  The activities will serve as a review of material from the past school year and provide focused experiences that address students’ individual needs and grade-level expectations.

For VWSD students that have already met promotion requirements, VWSD Summer Enrichment Camps will allow these students to get a jump start on Math, ELA, and Science content for the upcoming school year.

VWSD Summer Enrichment Camps will allow students who speak English as a second language an opportunity to expand their learning in the areas of Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening.

The four-week camp will run from June 6, 2022 - June 30, 2022, from 8 am-12 pm on Monday through Thursday and will be held at Dana Road Elementary/Vicksburg Intermediate School and Beechwood Elementary.
