An unfortunate event which caused a disadvantage that precluded a crew to compete in a qualifying event. (This answer will take you to page 2.)

Finished within 3" (8+/4+/4x) or 5" (2x/2-/1x) of the first place crew at the qualifier. (This answer will take you to page 3.)
