In order to facilitate the participants to go to Shek Pik Reservoir and Plover Cove Reservoir, the Water Supplies Department will arrange Photography Tours with a maximum of 10 participants of each tour. Participants are welcome to join and each participant will attend only once.

"Floating Solar Power System Photography Competition" Photography Tours will accept online registration starting from 4th October. Registration will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. Successful applicants will receive the email and SMS confirmation from the Organiser.
I wish to enter the Photography tour of the "Floating Solar Power System Photography Competition" organised by Water Supplies Department. I confirm and agree that I shall comply with all relevant rules and regulations and other arrangements made by the Organiser.I shall abide by the rules of the competition and any arrangement of the competition made by the Organiser. I shall take part in the event entirely at my own risks and I shall not hold the Organiser “Water Supplies Department” and its contractors responsible for any accident of whatever kind, resulting from death or injury, and/or any damage or loss or destruction of personal properties during the course of the event.
Use of Personal Information:(i) The provision of personal data is voluntary. If participants do not provide sufficient information, participant may not be able to enroll in the Competition. Any information provided by the participants for the purpose of the Competition will be treated asconfidential. The Organiser will ensure that all personal data submitted by the participants are handled in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.(ii) Personal information of participants will be used by the Organiser and its authorised persons for the following purpose:(a) registration and verification of the eligibility of the participants;(b) communications throughout the Competition;(c) administrative matters for the Competition; and(d) publication, printing, exhibition, display, issue or other purposes as the Organiser deems appropriate in connection with the entry submitted by the participant for the Competition.(iii) According to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap 486), participants have the right to request access to or correction of personal data provided in the entries. Such request should be made in the Data Access Request Form OPS003 (can be downloaded on the Water Supplies Department’s website) and mailed to the Departmental Secretary of the Water Supplies Department and marked “Floating Solar Power System Photography Competition” on the envelope.(iv) Upon the result announcement of competition, these personal data will be destroyed within half a year.
