Are you a holistic health practitioner interested in participating in the upcoming Holistic Health Fair for Harrison County & surrounding areas at Harmony & Health Wellness Center on Saturday, Sept 21st ?
Great! This form will allow you apply to submit an application to reserve a spot.
* There is no charge, but each participant is to donate a prize or gift certificate, value $40 or more, for a door prize, dropped off at Harmony & Health by Sept 1st.

Last day of vendor registration: Saturday, July 20th - to allow time to create marketing materials & get word out. Due to limited space, we may have to cut off earlier, so best to register as soon as you are committed to participating.
By submitting this form, and upon acceptance, you are agreeing to participate & help cross-market.
We are limited in space, so it is very important that those we save space for, attend for the full four hours, 10-11am Meet & Greet among vendors, then open house to public 11am-2pm, Saturday, Sept 21st.  

- We are providing tables & chairs, each attending will have a 2x4 table and two chairs.
- If you do not understand any of the criteria, please contact LaDonna, at 812-738-5433.
- If you need electricity or special spacing, contact LaDonna and we will do our best to accommodate, but reserve the right to do what we feel is best for the event and all participants.
- Vendors can unload between 9:15-9:50 am near the lower level door, but will be parking in the far lot (grass area) past the upper lot for retail customers.
