To register for an Enrichment Class:
1. Complete and submit this form.2. Pay the $25 registration fee in the main office.
**A confirmation email will go home on Monday, September 17 showing which class you have been assigned.
Completing this survey DOES NOT reserve your place. Spaces are assigned based on when the $25 Registration fee is paid in the Main Office and group size/grades.
To complete the survey, students must rank their choices in order of preference. "8" is the choice most preferred and "1" is the choice least preferred. Only complete this survey ONE TIME. Multiple submissions may cause confusion and your preference may not be recorded correctly.
Classes will begin on September 18, 2018 and end at the beginning of December. Classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3 pm to 4:15 pm. Dismissal will be from the Courtyard and the gate under I-95.
Students cannot be dismissed before 4:15 pm.
Students not picked up by 4:30 pm will be brought to after care in the cafeteria. The cost of after care is $5/hour (or part of an hour) per child.
Students in Title I are required to attend Title I until their reading/math levels are at grade level as determined by Ms. Wheatley.
Another session will be offered in the Spring.
