ICC Agenda Item Request
Any member of the public may address the Inter-Club Council during public comment at the beginning of each meeting. However, issues in public comment are not eligible for response, discussion, or action by the ICC. Meetings take place every other Tuesday from 1:30pm - 2:30pm in LRC 250 (on the 2nd floor of the Library).

If you have an item that you would like to be placed on an upcoming agenda for an ICC Meeting, please use this form. All organizations of the Associated Students of Golden West College are required to follow the Ralph M. Brown Open Meeting Act, which requires agendas to be finalized in advance, so please submit your request at least one (1) week in advance.

Please be advised that the decision to place an item on the agenda rests with the Vice President of Club Affairs, Max Vallocchia (asgwcclubaffairs@gwc.cccd.edu). Items will receive a response within two (2) business days.

NOTE: Please do not use this form to request co-sponsorship from ICC. A separate Co-Sponsorship Request form may be found on the Campus Life website (www.goldenwestcollege.edu/campus-life)
