Thank you for your interest in joining our team at The Scrap. We strive to build the most well-rounded team in order to build the go-to hub for creative Combat Spots content.

We are looking for our first cohort of writers to join us in April. This may be the only time we are hiring in 2020 as our team has grown internationally in our first year open.

We always have room for writers, podcasters, and interviewers on our team. However, we want to work with the most passionate, engaged, and obsessed writers. We are looking for producers of original and innovative content.

NOTE: We always have volunteer positions open. Our volunteers are first in line for our compensated roles, which are currently limited. We hope our writers generate their own columns on the site once they are acquainted.

Below are our current staff needs-

1. Pro Wrestling Content Writers:
The Scrap is always looking for Pro Wrestling writers. We don't have as many as we would like, so we do have an opening for a paid position. We want this next writer to focus on both WWE (Raw, SmackDown, NXT) and IMPACT Wrestling content.

2. Boxing Content Writers:
The Scrap is now looking for Boxing writers to join our team. Boxing is new to The Scrap, so we want to work with the most passionate, engaged, and obsessed writers. We are looking for producers of original content and a writer ready to help us build this new addition to the site. This next writer we hire, we want to focus on the popular boxers of today and Bare Knuckle FC.

3. Video Interviewers:
The Scrap is currently looking for more journalist who have YouTube Channels and enjoy interviewing the most badass athletes int he world. We do not have any paid openings at the moment, but have volunteer openings where we help design and build your brand from scratch. We would like this video interviewer to focus on the local scene, among their own projects.

NOTE: Every writer and video interviewer is a volunteer during their two month trial period. Once the two months are over, you are evaluated, moved to a composted role if there is one available, or remain a volunteer while we help build your writing and reporting skills.

Submissions to this form do not guarantee employment. The answers to these questions are used for preliminary screening. If selected, you may be emailed follow-up questions. All submissions usually receive a response within 48-72 business hours.
