The Indofest Committee is now welcoming applications for sites at Indofest 2017.
We are seeking applications from those who offer products, services or want to run a workshop that is Indonesian, has an Indonesian theme or is aimed at the Indonesian market.
Examples may include: Indonesian jewellery, arts, crafts, clothing, education and other services, face-painting, massage, dance, craft-making displays, real estate, health, education, tourism or any other services.
We are also interested in hearing from you if you would like to run an interactive workshop, craft or other display or a community group activity – please contact Brett Calliss at email@example.com if you have any queries.
There will be three types of site: • The Santos Marquee – an area inside the Marquee (where our major sponsors will be located) • Individual ‘pop-up’ 3m x 3m marquees – have your own or share one with others• Bring along your mobile display (van, caravan, freestanding unit)
Note: If you are planning to sell or give away samples of food and these are prepackaged and not being cooked on site – contact us to discuss. The event is subject to stringent public health and food safety requirements.

Terms and Conditions1. I/we agree to abide with all the Indofest Stallholder requirements – including provision of required paperwork and compliance with Electrical and City of Adelaide Food Health and Safety requirements, including inspection2. The balance of your invoice (including extra hire charges) will be payable by Friday 29th September 20173. For those sharing, only one invoice will be issued per site4. Sites will be allocated on a ‘first paid, first allocated’ basis, and at the discretion of the Indofest Committee5. There are restrictions on use of ‘sticky tape’ and other such materials on the walls of the Santos Marquee6. You must provide us with a copy of your Public Liability Insurance Certificate that will be current for the event(If you do not have Public Liability Insurance Cover – please contact the Indofest Coordinator)7. Any stallholder selling/providing food is required to attend an information meeting and a food safety and hygiene training session. Details of the meeting and training session will be advised in August8. All electrical items you bring must be ‘tested and tagged’ either prior to arrival on site, or by our electrician on the day. Fee per item – $10.00 for single phase, $15.00 for 3-phase, payable in cash direct to the Electrician9. For power supply planning, we will require a list of electrical items that you plan to bring to your stall 10. All stalls will be checked by the Electrician on Festival Day – non-compliant items will be disconnected11. Sites must be left clean at the end of the event (Bring floor/ground protection). If not an extra fee may be charged for cleaning/repair work12. The Indofest Organisers cannot be held responsible for losses incurred due to inclement weather
