Should your application be successful we will contact you to arrange an Introduction to Strength Session to continue the assess you as an individual, at which point we can make an informed recommendation.
The Introduction to HENCH Session is a 60-minute One-to-One Personal Training session with an expert HENCH coach consisting of a movement screen, strength assessment and individualised training, nutrition and performance lifestyle suggestions. When booking your appointment we will require a refundable deposit to secure your slot. If you need to cancel your appointment, please ensure 48 hours' notice prior to appointment time to ensure no charge will be made.
