RowanCard Close Account Request
Yes! I would like to close my Rowan Bucks account at the end of the semester. I authorize the University to credit my RowanCard Rowan Bucks account for any unused funds remaining in that account. I understand that only balances of $10.00 or greater are eligible for refunding.  All balances that are requested to be refunded will first be applied to any balances owed to the university and then any remaining funds will then be refunded. 

Students are required to enroll in eRefund, which is direct deposit to a designated personal checking or savings account.  To enroll, log in to Self-Service Banner, click on the Bursar tab, choose “ePay Center”, then click “View Bills and Make Payment” to be directed to our secure payment site. Once there, choose “Refunds” at the top of the page and follow the steps provided to set up your eRefund account. If you do not sign up for eRefund, a paper check will be mailed to your permanent address on file.

I understand that refunds are processed at the end of the Fall and Spring semesters. If I do not submit my request prior to January 31st for the Fall semester and June 30th for the Spring semester, I understand that there may be a delay in receiving my refund.
