Tilda Jane VIP Registration Fall 2022

 Please send your fees through PayPal to tildajanecs@gmail.com. You will NOT receive an invoice so please make sure that you complete this step after you complete the form. Note the NEW PayPal email address to send fees to.

VIP consigning for the Fall 2022 sale will include consignors that drop off and pick up AND we ARE accepting mail ins/storage again starting this sale. Woohoo!!!

NO ADDITIONAL PERCENTAGE will be taken out of your sale total! Tilda Jane still gives you 75% even if you VIP consign :) If you volunteer sort shift, you keep 80%!  VIP consigning is a flat fee only!

This type of consigning (VIP) cuts the hassle of pricing/tagging/hanging your items. If you would rather price your own items, that is fine!  We will still make your tags and hang/tag them for you.  Just include a list of prices when you drop off or mail your items :) But note that pricing is NOT required. You can keep it simple and simply drop off/ship your items and we will do it all.

***IMPORTANT: You are not fully registered until you have paid the VIP and registration fees!

•Pricing is as follows (for consignors who will pick up, have us mail back, or donate their items at the end of the sale):
1-100 items: $40 + $15 consignor fee = $55
101-200 items: $70 + $15 consignor fee = $85
201-300 items: $100 + $15 consignor fee = $115
301+ items: $125 + $15 consignor fee = $140

Bringing back this sale---STORAGE:
If you would like for us to store your items after the sale (for the next sale), we will store those for $30 flat fee. If you choose for us to store, please add this amount to your VIP +consignor fee when you send your fees. 
1-100 items: $40 VIP fee + $15 Consignor fee + $30 Storage fee= $85
101-200 items: $70 VIP fee +$15 consignor fee +$30 Storage fee= $115
201-300 items: $100 VIP fee + $15 consignor fee + $30 Storage fee= $145
301+ items: $125 VIP fee + $15 consignor fee +$30 Storage fee= $170

If you choose for us to mail back your items, shipping fees (exact shipping) will be deducted from your consignor earnings from the sale when we send your check. 

•Sunday, September 11th from 8:30-10pm will be pickup for unsold items at our NEW location - Four Points Sheraton in Brentwood, TN. The address is 760 Old Hickory Blvd, Brentwood, TN 37027. All items must be picked up at this time, and any items left will be donated UNLESS you choose to store your items with us after the sale to keep for the next sale (see fees above for this option) OR you choose mail back option.

All fees are to be submitted via Paypal as a FRIENDS AND FAMILY payment (NOT goods or services) to tildajanecs@gmail.com You will NOT receive an invoice to pay, so please send funds when you complete this form. Please note the NEW PayPal email address to send your fees to.

Pre-sale for consignors and volunteers will be Friday, September 9. You will be emailed shop times soon.

We will have several chances for you to drop off your items in Brentwood/Franklin, Nashville or Lebanon or you can drop off at one of our tagger's homes. Those exact times and dates are listed below when you register.  PLEASE DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY CHOOSE THE LAST DROP OFF! :)  It takes us a very long time to price, tag, and hang your items for you, and we'd love to get everyone's things as soon as possible.  If it's at all possible, please sign up for an earlier drop off date!  

As a VIP consignor, you also get the ability to also consign a few non MJ or Wildflowers brands! We will ONLY be accepting the following non-MJ brands: Well Dressed Wolf, Eleanor Rose, Ric Rac and Ruffles, Lilly Pulitzer, Evie's Closet, Kickee, TBBC, Shrimp and Grits, and Taylor Joelle/Disney Customs. We also accept a few brands of boutique shoes - Livie and Luca, L'Amour, Natives, Mini Melissa, Sun Sans, Footmates, Converse, TOMS, and Joyfolie.
If you are sending a non-MJ or Wildflowers item that is rare or non-traditional, please send a note along with it (or leave it in the comments) with pricing instructions of how you would like it priced.

We accept ALL SEASONS AND CONDITIONS of MJC and Wildflowers!  We will NOT be accepting non-MJ or Wildflowers accessories.

Also, please remember you MUST pick up your unsold items on the final day (Sunday, September 11) of the sale from 8:30-10pm. If you cannot pick up, please find someone who can pick up for you. Any items left at the end of pick-up will be donated to one of our partner charities UNLESS you have chosen and paid for storage or have chosen the mail back option. We are unable to hold items after pick-up ends, and anything remaining at 10pm will be donated. No exceptions (again, unless you have chosen and paid for storage or choose mail back).
