Jeffco District Calendar Committee 2025-2028
Thank you for your interest in being a member, or recommending a member of the 2023-2024 Jeffco District Calendar Committee!  This is an important commitment to make to accomplish great work for the good of Jeffco students.

The work of the Calendar Committee to create the district calendar for three school years represents a variety of perspectives from across Jefferson County.  

  • The committee is comprised of various Jeffco community members, including staff students and parents. View this list of committee representatives.
  • We would like to have representation from throughout our district – north, south, central, and mountain.
  • The committee will meet 3-4 times in the spring of 2024.  At these meetings, the committee will work to understand policy and state law for school calendar development for school years 2025-2026, 2026-2027 and 2027-2028. Learn more about what considerations are needed when determining the district calendar.
  • Pursuant to Board Policy IC/ICA and EL-08, committee members will need to be approved at the Board of Education meeting on November 9, 2023.

Committee members will need to commit to three, 2-hour meetings in the spring of 2024.  Please complete the form below by Friday, September 8, 2023.
