2017 AYF Vendor Request
A Vendor is any INDIVIDUAL, RELIGIOUS ORDER, INSTITUTION, or COMPANY wishing to SELL items at the Abbey Youth Festival on March 25, 2017. All vendors must have liability insurance. Proof of insurance and payment for vendor space is due in the AYF office no later than March 1, 2017.

Vendors are allotted a certain number of admission wrist bands and credentials based on their paid Vendor registration. Vendors MUST register ADDITIONAL laity, priests, religious, and deacons separately - either as individuals or in a group. T-shirts and meals are not included in the Exhibitor registration but may be purchased for an additional fee.

I understand that I must have liability insurance for my business and will submit a copy of this insurance to the AYF/SJASC office via mailed hard copy or digitally no later than March 1, 2017. Proof of insurance may be emailed (cbaglow@sjasc.edu) or faxed (985-867-2270).
