Youth is restricted to 12 and under. For Novice, Journeyman, or Masters categories 60% of cosplay must be constructed or altered by the entrant. Found Objects entries sign up on-site. A Found Object is less than 60% constructed but is not a bought or commissioned piece.

Arrive for judging any time within the hour of choosing. Judging will be restricted to 5 minutes. Additional timeslots will be available on site.
