⛳️ Junior Golf Clinic at Tiger Pointe Country Club! ⛳️

Tiger Pointe Country Club is excited to host its annual Junior Golf Clinic—a great opportunity for students to learn, improve, and enjoy the game!

📅 Dates:
• June 16, 17, 18
• July 14, 15, 16

⏰ Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

📍 Location: Tiger Pointe Country Club

💲 Cost:
• $150 per session
• $250 for both sessions
(Cash or check payable to Katharine Bonnoront)

📝 Registration:
Please complete the online form or a physical copy. Physical forms can be returned to your child’s school or brought to Tiger Pointe by the first day of the session.

🎒 What to Bring Each Day:
• Water bottle
• Your own set of golf clubs

This is a fantastic way for students to build skills, confidence, and love for the game. We look forward to seeing you out on the course!

I hereby give permission for my child(ren) listed above to participate in the 2024 Summer Junior Golf Clinic at Tiger Pointe Country Club. I affirm that my child(ren) is physically capable of safely participating in all clinic activities.

I understand that it is my responsibility to promptly notify the instructor, Katie Bonnoront, and Tiger Pointe Country Club staff of any changes to my child(ren)’s health status or personal information.

In the event of a sudden illness, accident, or injury involving my child(ren) during participation in the Junior Golf Clinic at Tiger Pointe Country Club, and if a parent, guardian, or listed emergency contact cannot be reached, I hereby authorize and consent to Katie Bonnoront and/or Tiger Pointe Country Club staff obtaining any necessary emergency medical treatment.

This authorization includes treatment by any physician, emergency personnel, or hospital facility licensed under the laws of the State of Indiana, as deemed appropriate under the circumstances.

I understand and acknowledge that Tiger Pointe Country Club does not provide medical insurance coverage for participants in the Junior Golf Clinic. I further agree that any and all medical expenses or related costs incurred on behalf of my child(ren) are my sole responsibility.
