Public Participation
People wishing to address the board are asked to complete the information listed below in the days prior to a scheduled meeting or fill out a speaker card located in the board room between 5:45 and 6:00 p.m. on the evening of a meeting. Anyone needing a language interpreter present at a board meeting is asked to contact Kristina Crain at 970.348.6012 a minimum of three business days prior to the meeting to arrange that service.

Public Participation during regular meetings of the Board of Education takes place shortly after each meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. The Board welcomes the comments of our community members and has dedicated this portion of the agenda to provide an opportunity for the community to present brief comments or pose questions to the Board for consideration or follow-up. The Board will not engage in discussion or provide an immediate response to the input but will direct district staff to respond, as appropriate.

Speakers will be heard in the order they signed up to speak. Each person is asked to limit comments to two minutes. If more than one person wishes to speak on the same topic, please focus comments on providing only new information and not repeating views already expressed by other speakers. These boundaries are designed to help keep the meeting focused and in no way should limit conversations beyond the Board meeting. Thank you in advance for your participation.
