2020 Scarecrow Festival Vendor Application

Scarecrow Festival is on Saturday, 10/10/2020, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

WE ALREADY HAVE PINK ZEBRA AND LULAROE VENDORS.

Pioneer Florida Museum Vendor Registration Applications are due as soon as possible and no later than 10 days prior to the event date.

To complete your registration, a CREDIT CARD PAYMENT IS REQUIRED. Application will not be accepted without payment.

ALL VENDORS describe your display & items in detail, list all items you will be selling. Please email a clear photo showing your set-up and products. Please list first, if you are a chain vendor like LulaRoe or Tupperware, instead of saying clothes or storage containers, so we do not get 2 of the same ones. Thank you. FOOD AND CHILDREN'S ACTIVITIES VENDORS: please email a Certificate of Liability Insurance with all of the requirements listed under Vendors-Rules & Regulations. If you are a FOOD VENDOR, please email your Florida State License, Menu and Prices. No items may conflict with Museums concessions. (Usually burgers, hotdogs, grilled chicken, fries and onion rings.) Preferred Set-up Location or Special Request: Is there is a specific location in which you would prefer to set-up your booth? Please be very specific. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but we do NOT guarantee spaces. (Space preference assigned by registration date & payment).
Registration Fees. Vendor space is 10' x 12'. You are required to bring your own items for set up, (Tables, tent, chairs, etc.) Please choose 1 option. *
Electricity is very limited
SAFETY: For the safety of our guests, all vehicles must be moved out of the event area 30 minutes prior to event start time. NO VEHICLES WILL BE LET BACK IN the gate until 30 minutes after the event has ended and most guests are gone. We appreciate your patience. If there is an emergency, you may walk your items out or make arrangements to pick up at another time. All vehicles must be out of the gate within 2 hours after the event to avoid a $25 per hour after hour charge.
