C3 2026 On-Campus Accommodations Requests
Please complete the following form to request on-campus accommodation for the 2026 C3 conference at Nunavut Arctic College. 

Available rooms will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis. Email confirmation will indicate the status of your booking request. For those who secure an on-campus room, payment instructions (e-transfer) will be provided. If payment is not received within 24-hours of confirmation and provision of payment instructions, the room will be released for general booking. 

Rooms are single occupancy. 
One twin bed, with a private washroom. 

Booking dates: 
Earliest arrival to on-campus accommodations: Thursday, May 28th
Latest check-out date for on-campus accommodations: Tuesday, June 2nd 

Please note: Alcohol is strictly forbidden on campus grounds, including the residence building.

At this time, all on-campus accommodations have been booked.

World-class, modern, luxurious accommodations in Iqaluit and 100% Inuit-owned. A 16-min walk from the NAC campus. Follow the instructions provided on the C3 conference website to obtain a discounted nightly rate.

Traditional hotel with attached supermarket. A 7-min walk from the NAC campus. 

Capital Suites Iqaluit
Chain hotel with discount prices and multi-room suites available. A 10-min walk from the NAC campus. 

The Discovery Iqaluit
A boutique hotel with prices on request. A 9-min walk from the NAC campus.
