Extraordinary Heart Pageant Sponsorship
This registration form is for businesses, individuals, civic/community groups, etc. who wish to sponsor the Extraordinary Heart Pageant financially.

The Extraordinary Hearts Foundation focuses on raising funds to provide financial support to those with extreme medical expenses. The idea came about when we began visiting Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and saw the incredible personalities, determination and extraordinary hearts that the patients there possess. They served as inspiration to developing a new charitable foundation focused on their needs, telling their stories and supporting them in every way possible. We were established through the state on February 14, 2017 and have spent the last two years raising funds, awareness and visiting these incredible hospitals, staff and patients. Our newest fundraiser, which will be held on September 21, 2019 at the beautiful and historic Gunter Hotel in Frostburg, Maryland is The Ms./Miss Extraordinary Heart Pageant. All proceeds from the pageant, entry fees, snack bar, silent auction, etc. will benefit the Extraordinary Hearts Foundation, Inc. and their mission of serving the amazing patients in our Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals (and others like it) and surrounding communities.

The Extraordinary Heart Pageant is open to young women from the Tri-State area (Maryland, Pennsylvania and West Virginia) who are community service driven and are seeking to make an impact on the world around them. There are two titles awarded. Ms. Extraordinary Heart will be awarded to a young woman age 18-26, participation is NOT limited by marital status. Miss Extraordinary Heart will be awarded to a young woman age 13-17. Our pageant is community service focused and is NOT a beauty based pageant. It is strictly based on merit. We encourage women of all shapes, sizes, races, cultures, social classes and abilities to compete to be our ambassadors for the year. All we require is hard-working, deserving, accomplished, and driven young women to represent an organization we hold very dear. The young women who are awarded these titles will work with us to represent our charity and raise awareness.

In addition to seeking funding to help cover the cost of the event, we are also in the process of developing a prize package for our two newly crowned titleholders and a thank you package for our judges panel. Expenses will include the cost of venue (which has been heavily discounted thanks to The Gunter Hotel and Toasted Goat Winery), crowns ($50 for each titleholder), sashes ($100 for each titleholder), miscellaneous costs estimated at $400-$500. In addition to covering our expenses we are hoping to also present both our Miss and Ms. Extraordinary Heart winners with a financial scholarship, provided donors are generous enough to help to facilitate our doing so.

The goal is to fully community fund the Extraordinary Heart Pageant so that every penny raised on September 21st can be donated to the Extraordinary Hearts Foundation, Inc., Children's Miracle Network Hospitals and other similar facilities and individuals who have extraordinary medical needs. Sponsors may also choose to donate an item or basket of items to our raffle/auction table at the event to help us raise as much money as possible. This can be done as an alternative to financial sponsorship OR can be done in tandem. If you choose to donate a basket or auction/raffle item, please leave a note in the appropriate section of the form describing the item and it's value so that we can prepare paperwork for the raffle table and advertising. Additional tickets are available for purchase at the cost of $10 each. Your Business or Company logo (supplied by you) displayed at the show
And announced frequently during the show by the Master of Ceremonies from the stage.
Our newly crowned titleholders will advertise your company throughout their year of service.

$200.00-$499.99 SPONSORSHIP receives:
Business or Company in newspaper and radio interview prior to the event and on Facebook Page.
Business or Company on Billboard of all Sponsors at the Event
And announced during the show by the Master of Ceremonies from the stage.
Our newly crowned titleholders will advertise your company throughout their year of service.

$10-$199.99 GENERAL SPONSORSHIP receives:
Business or Company mentioned on Extraordinary Heart Pageant Facebook Page
Business or Company on Billboard of all Sponsors at the Event
And announced during the show by the Master of Ceremonies from the stage.
*$50 SPONSORSHIP COVERS THE COST OF CROWNS FOR ONE TITLEHOLDER, $100 SPONSORSHIP COVERS THE COST OF SASH FOR ONE OF OUR TITLEHOLDERS. Please designate on your check and this form if you would like to be a crown or sash sponsor so that the distinction may be made in advertising.
