Nevada Chapter Officer Application Form
Apply to one of the following officer positions:

State Director - The State Director will be in charge of leading the state chapter and be the representative of the state in the organization. They will have access to all documents having to do with their state and must be knowledgeable of the inner workings of the organization. They will have the most senior position in A Loving Link for their particular state and have complete authority over the state chapter's ventures unless intervention from national officials prohibits it. They will also be in direct contact with the president of the organization who will check on them regularly for updates and reports. Those that want to apply to this position must have leadership skills, be strict, decisive, assertive, and very creative/entrepreneurial. Although there will be teams for the administrative parts of the organization, you will be an integral part in making sure that the program runs smoothly and also act as the bridge between all the teams. Most of your time will be spent thinking about ways to expand the organization and implementing those ideas with the supervisors, while also making sure that the current operations of the organization are well. If you are a strong, stern leader and have the ability to manage large numbers of groups and tasks, this is the position for you!

Discord Administrator - The Discord Administrator manages the chapter's discord by updating the discord with new roles, bots, channels (if need be), managing our database, and answering any questions regarding discord. If you have used discord in the past and are familiar with its mechanics, this is the position for you!

Outreach Supervisor - The Outreach supervisor is in charge of managing the Outreach team. This involves welcoming and setting up new volunteers with how the Outreach team works, directing the team's outreach goals, crafting outreach projects, checking the attendance team email weekly to make sure all members are doing their emails, and solving any issues that arise in the team. If you are a business fanatic and want to lead a large group of volunteers in different business ventures, this is the position for you!

Media Representative - The Media representative will be the representative for their state's chapter on the A Loving Link's Social Media platforms and website. You will be working together with other state's Media Representatives to come up with national social media posts and also coming up with posts having to do with only your state. You will then be charged with implementing these ideas with the director of A Loving Link's Social Media. In addition, you will also be in charge of the state's social media accounts and be required to keep them active. A few representatives may also work on the website for A Loving Link and keep it up to date. If you are familiar with social media, graphics design, and marketing, you would fit this position perfectly!

Data Management Supervisor - The Data Management supervisor is in charge of leading the team of specialists in calculating hours for all the volunteers at A Loving Link. Occasionally, there will be other tasks the attendance members have to do which include updating the information of volunteers and all other tasks having to do with data. If you are able to manage complex systems of data and large teams in different ventures, this is the position for you!

Penpal Management Supervisor - The penpal supervisor manages collections between nursing homes. They take care of sending reminders, matching volunteers with new homes, as well as recording letters sent in from volunteers and seniors. The supervisor makes sure all volunteers are active with their residents (may work with the reading team supervisor for this task), and addressing any questions people might have, and make sure the pen pal program runs smoothly. If you are skilled in communicating and managing regularly large events, this is the position for you!

Reading Supervisor - The reading team checks all the letters that are being sent to residents. As a reading team supervisor, the main duties of this position include keeping track of readers and the letters they confirm, usually through docs and spreadsheets, as well as making sure that the readers are continuously keeping up with the pen pals they’re assigned to approve. If you have skills managing teams and communicating efficiently, this is the position for you!
