Terms and conditions:*I agree that all the above mentioned details (including spellings) are accurate and no changes are required. I agree that ONLY the RECEIPT AND THIS APPLICATION FORM contain terms of my course. Anything, that is not mentioned here, cannot be requested later in all future conversations.
*I also agree that I will pay the fee in full for all Monthly installments. I understand that the installments have to be paid every consecutive month (every 30 days) irrespective of whether I am attending each class or not. I also agree that the Semester Exam Fee payment should be made one month before the exam itself. I agree that all Late fee payments will attract a Fine of Rs. 30/- per day till dues are cleared.
*I understand that my Course is valid till the end of the validity period. I can request for an extension of validity by paying the required additional fee as applicable.
*I agree that merely paying the fees does not ensure the certificate. I must attend classes, make assignment submissions and give exam/s in order to receive my certificate.
*I agree that the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. (Kindly do NOT argue with us for any refunds due to any reasons as we will NOT issue them.) Any disputes will come under Hyderabad Jurisdiction only.
*I understand that if I transfer to another course, the fee will be calculated after deducting Rs. 500/- for each class attended in the present course. No requests or arguments will be entertained in this aspect.
*I understand that I can upgrade to respective diploma courses only by paying the difference amount (After deductions as applicable) before final examination but cannot downgrade the course and ask for a refund.
*I agree that i will receive my certificate only after all assignments and other requirements are submitted.
* Art Material will be sent only according to the course and offer at the time of joining and ONLY up to
the amount mentioned at the time of joining. (If included in the fee). If
additional material is needed for extra practice or exercises, students may buy
from local stores or place an order with us. This Extra material is
chargeable. Shipping charges are extra as applicable.
*I agree that I am solely responsible to take precautions while using any Art Material. Simsum Arts is in no way responsible if I have any known or unknown allergies to any Art Material.
* After
Course completion, you will receive the SCFAD Diploma (SIMSUM College of Fine Arts and Design)
Certificate if applicable, if included. It is compulsory to attend the exam to get the
Certificate.
*Attendance to Online Live classes and Masterclasses to the mediums included in your course is strongly Recommended.
*I also agree that it is solely my responsibility to attend any class/complete the course in time. I understand that neither Simsum Arts, nor its faculty nor Management are not responsible to remind me to do so.
*Mode of classes and teaching might be upgraded and updated
as technology improves. Kindly cooperate during those times as it is for
student benefit only.
*I understand that the SCFAD has all rights to add/change the syllabus, Program
Structure, Rules and Regulations as and when required.
