Location: Best Western Hotel & Conference Center in Arcola, IL (40 miles south of Urbana on I-57.)

Scrapbooking / Activities:●
There will be gifts for attending and door prize opportunities.
●
Optional page classes and demos will be provided throughout the retreat.
●
Creative Memories supplies will be available for purchase all weekend.
●
Everyone will be provided with their own 6-foot rectangular table.
●
We will lock the building at midnight each evening and reopen at 8:00 am on Friday, Saturday & Sunday
mornings.
●
Pease bring a small table light with an extension cord.
●
If you bring a Cricut machine, laptop or other electrical device, please bring an extension cord for each device.
●
As a courtesy to others, please bring ear-buds or head-phones for any music that you wish to play.
●
Please do not bring and use glitter.
●
Please note that alcohol is prohibited in the scrapbooking room.
Sleeping Accommodations:●
Everyone will make their own sleeping room reservations with the hotel and pay the hotel separately for your room. To split the cost, you may sleep as many people as you like in a room.

A block of rooms has been reserved at a discounted price of $106.19 + tax.
The discounted room block is available until September 12th. After that time, the discounted rate will not be honored. Please note that the discounted rate only applies to the days of the retreat. If you need help finding a roommate, please reach out to me.

Food:●
The hotel provides a daily hot breakfast for those staying at the hotel. All other meals will be provided by a local caterer beginning with dinner on Thursday. For those arriving on Friday, lunch is included in your fee.

Iced Tea and Lemonade will be served with lunch and dinner.
●
Please feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks.
●
We will eat dinners at 6:00 pm and will save plates for late arrivals.
What to Bring:●
Scrapping supplies, LOTS of photos, small table light and an extension cord. Optional Items: Soda, IPod, and extension cords for all electrical devices. Please bring ear-buds for any music that you wish to play.
Cost: ●
Option 1: Noon Thursday - 3:00 pm Sunday, $225
(This includes use of the banquet room for 4 days and 6 meals.)

Option 2: 8:00 am Friday - 3:00 pm Sunday, $195
(This includes use of the banquet room for 3 days and 5 meals.)
Cancellation Policy:●
The minimum deposit to hold spaces is $100.
●
The full retreat fee is $225-$195 depending upon option selected (see above).
●
Full payment is needed by 4 weeks before the retreat.
●
If full payment is not received by 4 weeks before the retreat, your spot will be forfeited, and your payments thus far will be refunded in full.
●
If you pay the full fee and cancel one month prior to event, your full payment will be refunded.
●
If you cancel between one month and one week prior to the retreat, you will receive a refund of $40 and forfeit the rest of your payment.
●
If you cancel and find a replacement for your spot, you will receive a full refund of your payment.
●
If the retreat is cancelled due to Covid-19 concerns, you will receive a full refund.
●
Retreat reservations are taken on a “first-come / first-serve policy” based upon when deposits are received.
●
As our retreats are designed as a “get-away experience”, children are not allowed to attend. The minimum age to attend a retreat is 15.
●
As our retreats have grown in popularity and we’re limited in space, I will only accept other CM advisors as space permits. This decision will be made at three weeks before the retreat date.
