We will only allow 6 contestants per age group.

Deadline to enter pageant is August 15, 2024.
Registering does not guarantee your spot, only full payment will hold your spot.
$60 entry fee if paid by January 1, 2024, $65 entry fee if paid before June 1, 2024. It will increase to $75 after June 1, 2024.


Pageant Rules: This pageant will be SIMPLE BEAUTY DRESS/ PAGEANT ATTIRE ONLY!!
1.) Make up is allowed but is not preferred for anyone under 4 years of age.
2.) Hair pieces may not be used hair should be styled natural. No full glitz hair.
3.) Spray tanning and flippers should NOT be used.
4.) Any Sunday dress or simple pageant dress/ attire will be accepted. NO GLITZ/ EXTREAM GLITZ!
*Any un-sportsman like conduct will not be tolerated, whether it is from another contestant or a parent; if we see any of this, you will be asked to leave the pageant without refund.
* Must have at least 2 contestants in each age group or the age division will be closed.
* Age groups can be combined if there are low number of entries in an age group so that the girls are able to compete, we will contact you to see if you would like to compete this way before the age groups are combined.


SQUARE: Invoice emailed to you.

• The pageant is $60 if paid before January 1, 2024, $65 if paid before June 1, 2024 and $75 if paid after June 1, 2024. We must have a full payment to hold your spot.
The deadline will be August 15, 2024. We will not be accepting any door entries (no exceptions).

*We will be doing a Peoples Choice award for $1 per vote and all proceeds go to the Exchange Club to help continue to put on the fair for many years to come.
*We will be adding a Facebook Choice Award this year $5 entry fee (most likes wins).
*We will also be adding a Most Photogenic Award this year $5 for 1 photo or $10 for 3 photos.
*We have the right to make changes, as necessary.

*NO REFUNDS WHATSOEVER WILL BE ISSUED AND NO PAGEANT CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR MISSED PAGEANT. Refunds will only be issued if pageant is cancelled.

Event Tickets will be on sale for $5 at the door.

*Pageant entry fee covers contestant plus one parent or guardian.
