REAL Men (Realizing, Excellence, and Achieving Leaders) and WISE Women (Women In Search of Excellence) are dynamic, student-centered organizations that matches Reynolds students with a male or female Reynolds faculty or staff mentor to promote students' academic and personal success. Student members of REAL Men and WISE women will meet regularly with a mentor and attend success workshops throughout the academic year with the goal of striving and attaining their personal best selves.
